In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may get an EXCHANGE (no refunds)! All sales are final . Please e-mail us at returns@cleopatrajewelry.net within 7 days about an exchange.
Once we receive your returned item(s) , our staff that is in charge of exchanges will inspect any returned items to check for wear and tear or misuse. We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No exchange will take place if packing slip/sticker is ripped or taken off the item.
